Thank you for supporting Leoco Alcheme and our small-batch, intention-infused energy sprays. We pack and ship each order with care to ensure it arrives safely and energetically aligned.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During busy periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

Weight and size of your order

Selected shipping method
We currently offer USPS, UPS, or other carrier options depending on the best rate and delivery speed.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (after your order is processed):

Domestic (U.S.) Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Domestic Expedited: 2–3 business days

Local Pickup (if available): You will receive an email when your order is ready
Please note: Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary.
Order Tracking
Once your package is accepted by the carrier, tracking details will be sent to your email.
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it:

Check with neighbors or your building office

Verify your shipping address

Contact the carrier directly for delivery details
We are unable to replace orders marked as “delivered” by the carrier.
Packaging & Safety
Because our products are liquid sprays, every order is packaged securely using:

Waterproof inner bag
If you receive a bottle that is leaking or broken, see the “Damages & Issues” section below.
Damages, Leaks & Incorrect Items
Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives.
Contact us within 48 hours at leocoalcheme@gmail.com if:

Your order arrives damaged

A bottle is leaking
-
The wrong item was sent
Please include a photo of the issue and your order number.
We’ll replace the item or resolve the issue promptly.
Address Errors or Returned Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.
Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order.
International Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States.
If international shipping becomes available, we will update this policy accordingly.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Leoco Alcheme is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as “Delivered.”
If your package is lost in transit (never delivered), please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they begin processing.
