Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Because our products are sprays and personal care items, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your spray must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unopened and unused (seal/shrink wrap intact, if applicable)

  • In its original packaging

  • You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Leaks & Order Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if:

  • Your spray is damaged or leaking

  • You received the wrong item

  • There is an issue with the packaging

Email us at leocoalcheme@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage/issue so we can evaluate it and make it right (replacement or refund, as appropriate).

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used sprays

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Sale items or gift cards

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. (Our sprays are formulated as room/energy sprays, but if you have questions about a specific product, please reach out.)

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an unused, unopened spray for a different product:

  1. Email us at leocoalcheme@gmail.com to request a return.

  2. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.

This helps ensure the item you want is in stock and ships out quickly.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unopened

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven’t seen your refund, please contact us at leocoalcheme@gmail.com.
